What BIM services does Sri Perivaa offer?

We deliver end-to-end Building Information Modeling — Architectural, Structural and MEP modeling, clash detection and coordination, shop drawings, quantity take-offs, scan-to-BIM, and as-built documentation. Projects can be engaged by discipline or as fully coordinated multi-trade BIM.

Which LOD (Level of Development) do you work to?

We routinely deliver LOD 100 through LOD 500 depending on project stage. Concept and design coordination typically run at LOD 200–300, construction-stage coordination and shop drawings at LOD 350–400, and as-built / facility hand-over models at LOD 500.

What software do you use?

Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Dynamo are our core stack. We also work with Tekla Structures, Rhino, Enscape and Twinmotion for visualization, and BIM 360 / ACC for cloud-based coordination.

Yes. We support clients across India, the Middle East, UK, Europe, North America and Australia, and we deliver to local code references (IS, BS, Eurocode, IBC, NBC, ASHRAE, etc.) on request.

Pricing depends on scope, LOD, file size, drawing count and turnaround. We offer fixed-fee deliverables for well-defined scopes and hourly / monthly resource models for ongoing work. Share your tender or sample drawings and we'll send a written quote within 24–48 hours.

What's a typical turnaround time?

A small architectural model can ship in 3–5 working days. A coordinated multi-discipline model with clash reports usually runs 2–4 weeks depending on building size. We agree milestones up front and report progress weekly.

How do you protect project data and IP?

Accepted Answer

All projects are handled under NDA. Files are stored on access-controlled cloud workspaces, transferred over encrypted links, and access is limited to assigned team members. We can also work entirely within your BIM 360 / ACC environment if preferred.

Can you join an existing project mid-way?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We routinely take over partially completed models, audit them, align them to your BIM Execution Plan, and continue from the current stage with a clean hand-over note.
